All sales are final and nonrefundable. There are no cancellations or rescheduling. Please be on time for your appointment. Allow at least 5 minutes before your appointment to be checked in. If you are late to your appointment, you will not be guaranteed another spot on the list and you will risk not receiving a refund as this will result as "no show." You are allowed to transfer your booking to another person's name.

Although there are no age restrictions from the manufacturer, we do require the person's hand to fit the hand plates; please keep this in mind when booking any of the sessions. Per manufacturer, women who are pregnant as well as people with pacemakers are safe to have their picture taken.
